Origins. In this module we outline: Who made Bitcoin and why?, The Bitcoin Whitepaper, some of the historic events in the world of Bitcoin over the years.

Fundamentals. In this module we go into decentralised vs centralised networks, the traditional financial system and its limitations, deflationary vs inflationary assets as well as demystifying some of the claims made both for and against Bitcoin.

Technicals. Next we focus on the Bitcoin blockchain itself, how coins are minted, how they are transacted, why they are so valuable and ultimately why many see Bitcoin as being such a world changing technology compared to traditional finance and other seemingly more versatile cryptocurrencies out there.

The Future. This module goes into some of the challenges and opportunities Bitcoin could face in the near and long term future as well as innovations and tools being created in Bitcoin to help move Bitcoin move towards the ultimate goal held by many Bitcoiners of being the world reserve currency.

Custody. At this point you should have a good understanding of Bitcoin and the ecosystem surrounding it and so can make an informed decision on if Bitcoin is an asset you feel is worth owning. We offer no financial advice but go through some of the avenues one can take in order to obtain and custody Bitcoin. As well as the various options out there for storing your Bitcoin after purchase.
